In spring of this year (2016) GCC Housing Department Engineer confirmed that requested work – painting of a wall in the estate – would be carried out once the weather improved. We are requesting 1. Documentation demonstrating that the GCC Housing Dept had made enquires with contractors. 2. Any quotations or documentation of bids submitted by contractors. 3. Any documentation that shows the decision or selection process used to choose which contractor to hire for the work. 4. The bill of works or contracts signed between the contractor and GCC housing department. 5. The guidelines for when work was to be carried out, including any evidence of a deadline date.
