Dear FoI officer, I request under the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003, the following records in relation to your council's inspection of private rented accommodation: 1. The number of properties in your council district in which tenants received payments under the HAP and RAS schemes on Dec 31 of 2016 or closest approximate date in Dec 2016? 2. The number of these properties on that date in Dec 2016 which were inspected at any point in 2014, 2015 or 2016 by the council? 3. The number of these properties on that date in December 2016 which were never inspected by the council at any point in 2014, 2015 or 2016? 4. The number of these properties which were inspected and found to be non-compliant with standards in 2014, 2015 or 2016 but continued to be the subject of rent support payments under the HAP and RAS schemes on that date in December 2016? Where possible, please provide records in an electronic format. In such cases where redactions are necessary, please delete the information, with a reference to the deletion, in order that the records can be communicated in an electronic format. If it is not possible to provide the information in this way, please provide photocopies.
