We are applying to request information regarding contracted works carried out by Eir (formally Eircom) between the years 2010 and 2016 on Pairc na hAbhainn Estate. We wish to request clarification on the no. of telephone and internet lines laid into Pairc na hAbhainn for the 62 houses established on the site since 2008. 1. We would like to know exactly how many lines were laid originally for the estate. 2. We would like to know whom made the decision to lay lines for only a limited number of houses and why only that number and not all the houses on the estate. 3. We would like to know what exactly Eir has done on the estate in recent months to cause the less of internet speed to the houses impacted. 4. We request to be informed of what plans are in place to rectify the issue being experienced by customers on the estate and what deadline they are operating to.
