As a condition (9d) of the Terms of Transfer signed by all homeowners on the estate when purchasing their properties from the GCC housing department it would be the responsibility of the GCC Housing dept to vet and hire the landscaping contractor on behalf of the residents. The condition also stated a payment deadline date of 31st January of each year must be met by all residents. 1. Documentation demonstrating that the GCC Housing Dept had made enquires with contractors. 2. Any quotations or documentation of bids submitted by contractors. 3. Any documentation that shows the decision or selection process used to choose which contractor to hire for the work. 4. The bill of works or contracts signed between the contractor and GCC housing department. The residents would like to receive this information in time to meet the payment deadline date and allow for any editations to the Bill of Works needed in order to adequately meet the needs of the estate.
