For your guidance - the records I am seeking relate to the requirements in circular DPE 019-001- 2020 which sets out the requirement for each public body to record carbon emissions associated with official air travel in tonnes, to value these emissions based on the prevailing rate of Ireland’s domestic Carbon Tax in the year the travel took place, and to pay an amount equivalent to the travel emissions impact into the Climate Action Fund.
