Any submissions, internal or external, made to the Minister since May 1, 2023, regarding his decision on the application by Barryroe Offshore Energy for a lease to drill for oil and gas off the south west coast. By internal, I mean any advices given to the Minister by officials, civil servants etc By external, I mean any letters, submissions etc sent to him by Ballyroe, its shareholders, advisers etc.
