Figures for the number of abandoned cars removed and destroyed by the council for each calendar year between 2014 and 2016, including an overall average age of cars destroyed for each year and, if possible, a breakdown of the number of each make and model of car destroyed for each year. Number and overall value of fines/bills paid in each calendar year between 2014 and 2016 for removal and destruction of abandoned cars, and the same for fines/bills outstanding at the end of each year.

The number of complaints or representations received by the Council from 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2016 in relation to noise from wind turbines broken down by year. The number of complaints or representations received by the Council from 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2016 in relation to shadow flicker from wind turbines broken down by year. (ii) The number in which a Court imposed sanctions and the nature of the sanctions imposed broken down by year. Amount received by way of rates or equivalent payments by the Council from windfarms during the period 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2016 broken down by year. Number of staff attached to the Council’s Enforcement Section (or equivalent function if no dedicated Section) for each of the year’s 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2016 inclusive broken down by year. Number of those staff who held a professional or academic qualification in Acoustics or Noise Nuisance Assessment broken down by year. Budget allocated to Council Enforcement Section (or equivalent function if no dedicated Section) for each of the said years, or nearest financial reporting period if different to calendar year broken down by year. Identity of any external consultants engaged by the Council or at the Council’s direction to assist in the investigation of such complaints and the amount paid by the Council per annum to such consultants for the period 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2016 broken down by year. (For avoidance of doubt: the annual payment amount need not be linked to individual consultants.) Details of any training programmes or courses attended by Council staff in relation to monitoring and assessment of wind turbine noise in the period 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2016. Copies of any internal reports emails or records relating to Council policy or practice with regard to investigation and prosecution of such complaints or to the level of Council resources devoted to these investigations.
