information in relation to a fence around land at Matt Kelly Community Grounds in Newtownmountkennedy Co. WIcklow. The land is being leased by a sports club (or Newtownmountkennedy Area Sports Development Group) from Wicklow County Council. I am not looking for information in relation to cost of the lease, as it can be deemed commercial, but I am looking for any information in relation other terms, the land use, access to it by public and the fence which was recently put up.
