To assist you in your search, I will use the Title “Punch Report 24-01-1997 This report was stamped and dated received by Tipperary County Council 13-02-1997, however the File Number is illegible on the date stamp, or perhaps a File Number had not been generated as of 13-02-1997. (1) Therefore I request that if a File Number was generated subsequent to the date 13-02-1997, that pertains to any further communication or development, which related to the issues raised in the “Punch Report 24-01-1997" that I am provided with this File Number (2) The “Punch Report 24-01-1997" make specific reference to “existing sewer “ outlined or indicated by a green line on the accompanying plan/drawing. Reference Date 17-01-1997 Therefore I request any information or supporting communication from either Tipperary County Council to Michael Punch and Partners, the owners of the site or any of their agents, that may have sought further clarification or documentation to support this “existing sewer" location, date of construction etc. Also I would request that, any documentation held by Tipperary County Council, with respect to either planning permissions or planning retentions sought with respect to this “existing sewer that these be provided to me. (3) The “Punch Report 24-01-1997" was completed on foot of a section 23 order (pollution control), imposed on the site and its owners by Tipperary County Council in 1996. Therefore I request a copy of that order and any further documentation or communication, notes etc. that resulted in this order being imposed and or lifted. (4) The “Punch Report 24-01-1997" make recommendations as to remedial works which will eliminate the cause of further water pollution related to the site. A calculation of 6DWF=0.5l/s of additional sewage load is submitted to Tipperary County Council, as being necessary to be treated or accommodated within the Local Authority Sewer. I request any information relating to this calculation between Tipperary County Council and Michael Punch and Partners. (5) The “Punch Report 24-01-1997" also states that in Area A identified on the accompanying drawing that further ongoing development will likely increase the overloaded septic tank in that area. Therefore I request any documentation that related to this area and any planning permission sought for this area in the 1995/1996/1997 period and any communications that specifically relate to pollution or sewage infrastructure during those years. (6) The “Punch Report 24-01-1997" outlines a proposed new sewer line, outlined in blue on the accompanying drawing/plan. And states that this proposed sewers construction is dependent on two conditions (A) Planning permission is obtainable from Tipperary County Council (NR). Therefore I request any documentation that relate to any planning requests that this proposed sewer line and its construction caused to be created. This request will include initial consultations or notes of same, between the site owners their agents and or architects and Tipperary County Council. (B) As the “Punch Report 24-01-1997" identifies concerns relating to increased load and the Local Authority's sewers ability to deal with this increased load. I therefore request any documentation or notes of discussions communications etc. which relate this questioned sewer capacity. If any measure or suggested measures at pre/planning stages were taken to decrease the sewer load based on this questioned capacity, I would therefore also request any documentation or notes of discussion that relate to these mitigation measures. As the outlined (Blue Line) sewer is a proposed development, I therefore request the natural successor to this proposed line. That is the exact configuration in map form of the sewer line that planning permission was granted for, and indeed any documentation that relates any certification of it by Tipperary County Council
