Tipperary County Council

I would like the following information in relation to the slipway at Garry Kennedy Harbour on Lough Derg. I am attaching herewith, 2 No. photographs and a sketch showing the area of interest located at the slipway. I would like to know whether the slipway is under the control of Tipperary County Council or Waterways Ireland or others and who is responsible for the management for same. Furthermore, I note that there has been a recent sign erected highlighting that no swimming should take place and that there is a risk of slips. Could you please advise when this sign was erected? Furthermore, could you please advise if this sign was erected due to the reporting of slips or falls in the area, or as a result of a risk assessment, if so could I have copy of that document.
