To facilitate the NCBI campaign I would appreciate if you could send me the latest figures of the number of fines issued for dog fouling and inappropriately parked vehicles on footpaths by your County Council for 2021 to date if possible. Furthermore, does your County Council provide any information to businesses who are seeking a permit for on street dining, in relation to ensuring their structures/tables etc. are not blocking footpaths and creating additional obstacles for people with disabilities.
