    (vi) Draft Report: Audit of interaction with Tax Appeals Commission An overview of the background to the audit was discussed and the Committee noted that the audit examined the Department’s interaction with the TAC as a body under its aegis. The Committee also noted the focus of audit on the Department’s role in the implementation of recommendations from the independent review of the TAC.
