I understand that PwC published their 2022 pre-Budget submission on climate action on 3 June 2021 and published their 2022 pre-Budget submission for the Irish Private Business and SME sector on 6 July 2021. I also understand PwC had met with or spoken to the Department about the pre-Budget submission(s) by June 6. I also understand that a meeting between PwC and the Department of Finance took place in early July to discuss the PwC pre- Budget submission for the Irish Private Business and SME sector. Therefore, in accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: • correspondence (emails, letters, texts, faxes, memos, voicemails) within Tax Division that related to either or both of the two PwC Pre-Budget submissions; and • correspondence (emails, letters, texts, faxes, memos, voicemails) relating to, and minutes of, meetings attended by members of the Tax Division that considered either or both of the two PwC Pre-Budget submissions
