- a copy of the following two reports: (v) Draft Report: Audit of Freedom of Information processing The Committee discussed the terms of reference and the progress of fieldwork for this audit at the last meeting. The work done work done and the key findings in the report were noted. It was agreed that the implementation of the recommendations on the report will be tracked as per usual practice and the Committee approved the report as final.
