All advice and notes provided by relevant Departmental officials to the Minister for Finance, his private office and his Special Advisors between the 1st May 2021 and 7th July 2021 and email exchanges between the Minister’s office and Advisors which were used to inform the department and the Minister’s consideration of Amendment No. 5 (Repayment of stamp duty where certain residential units leased) to the Finance (Covid-19 and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021 which was debated at Committee Stage in Dail Eireann on Wednesday the 7th July 2021.
