The Minister for Finance in his contribution to the Dail debate of 15 Feb 2022 on the Private Members motion on "Tackling the Cost of Living - Institutional Investors in the Residential Property Market" referred to an analysis prepared by the Department of Finance on the level of annual private investment and private capital required to meet the Housing for All delivery targets.
