In relation to clerical, administrative and management grades, I request the following information by individual grade for each of the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. (1) The number of officials who retired. (2) The number of those officials at (1) who were promoted (a) within 1 year of retirement, (b) within 2 years of retirement (excluding those at (a) and (c) within 3 years of retirement excluding those at (a) and (b). “Promoted” refers to internal (i) promotions and (ii) promotional appointments to your government department from other civil service departments. The attached spreadsheet may provide a clearer understanding of my request. I expect that these statistics can be easily compiled, and I look forward to an early reply.
