I would like to request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 all communication sent and received, including any documents or attachments, and all minutes of meetings held, including by the Minister himself, in relation to the inclusion of gas and/or nuclear in the EU Sustainable Finance Taxonomy proposal for a complementary Delegated Act or in which the inclusion of gas and/or nuclear in the EU Sustainable Finance Taxonomy proposal for a complementary Delegated Act is mentioned. The search should be limited to the period from July 1st, 2021 to the present. The search can be limited to Assistant Principal and above in the relevant units and should include the Office of the Minister.
