Any documented responses by the Defence Forces, Department of Defence, or any other affiliated units to incidents involving UAP/UFO activity. Any follow-up investigations or actions taken, including coordination with external agencies. 4. Broader Categorization: Any records, regardless of how they are categorized or labeled, that involve unexplained aerial phenomena, including those not explicitly classified as "UAP" or "UFO" but falling under similar descriptors (e.g., "unidentified aircraft," "anomalous radar returns," "unknown aerial activity," etc.). I would also like to reference my prior Freedom of Information requests to both the Department of Defence and the Defence Forces, where I was informed that there were no records whatsoever fitting my criteria. However, the recent article published by Sidestream News (“The Irish Government's Secretive Hold on UFO/UAP Records” https://www.sidestreamnews.com/post/exclusive-the-irish-government-s- secretive-hold-on-ufo-uap-records ) directly contradicts these responses by detailing the existence of material related to UAP/UFO activity held by Irish government entities. This highlights significant public interest in this area and that the departments are quite frankly lying about the extent to which they care and how much material they hold in relation.

Therefore, I am specifically requesting access to all documentation, correspondence, or files mentioned in the Sidestream News article, including but not limited to any material cited as being in the possession of government departments or agencies or any material the departments have in relation to specific events, locations and occurrences described in the above article. This request is intended to ensure a comprehensive disclosure of all relevant records, materials, and communications related to these topics. I respectfully request that this search include all available records, irrespective of classification or categorization, and cover all relevant departments and units. If information is deemed exempt or redacted, I request a detailed explanation citing the applicable exemption provisions under the Freedom of Information Act. If this request is considered too broad, I would appreciate assistance in refining it to ensure its compliance while maintaining the intent to obtain a full account of relevant information. I quite simply won't accept a response stating that there were no relevant files pertaining to my request since we know of numerous cases that it would frankly be embarrassing if the defence forces or department of defence do not have record of, considering they are known to the public. There is a slim to 0% chance that there is no internal communication within these departments that even discussed UAP. I'm also requesting this internal correspondence as stated above. I would also like a confirmation of receipt of this request and an estimated timeline for when I can expect a response. I understand this request exhibits frustrations, though not unfounded, and is not personal to the case handlers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
