All correspondences, letters, emails, documents etc regarding the use of the Government jets/helicopters / the possible use of jets/helicopters / Ministers and or TDs queries regarding the possible use of the jets; Please provide a log of all occasions when government jets/helicopters were used by the previous government during their entire term Please provide all details regarding each time the jets were used – including details of what Minister requested the use of the jet, where it was going, who was carried on each jet etc. Also please provide the cost associated to each trip made; Please provide a table of the top 20 Ministers/TDs (and anybody else who used the jet) who used the jet the most. Please provide the associated cost which each individual incurred as a result of their request. The timeframe for this is for the entire period of the last government.; Please provide details of the salaries paid to each pilot / co-pilot of the government jets/helicopters in 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2011. Please provide documents of salary/contracts for pilots flying government jets; The total cost of maintenance, servicing etc of all government jets over the last 5 years.
