A copy of all current/active warrants of appointment or certificates of appointment which have issued by, or on behalf of, the Minister to people to serve on bodies under the ageis of the Department (to include the address for service for each appointee that is typically captured along with the recipient’s name at the top of each letter) I am requesting this to ensure a similar level of transparency to that which applies to corporate bodies subject to the Companies Act 2014. Information to properly identify officers responsible for corporate entities is commonplace and publicly available for approximately 200,000 private bodies listed with the Companies Registration Office. Entities that file an annual return under the Companies Act must also include each officer’s address, date of birth, business occupation and nationality details as listed in Section 149 of the Companies Act 2014.
