I wish to submit a request under the FOI act to find out more information relating to a transaction which took place in Q4 2022 which saw the acquisition of two developments (namely Aldborough Hall and Aldborough Manor) in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. This transaction was funded by the Department of Housing, Local Gov. and Heritage and by Wicklow County Council and Tuath. The decision made relating to the sale directly affect me. The information I am seeking is documentation relating to this acquisition including: 1. All planning documentation relating to these two developments 2. Discussion documents (email correspondence, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and actions) between Wicklow Co. council, Tuath and the developer (Cairn Homes) 2. Reasons for the decisions made permitting this sale 3. A greater understanding of how the sales price (Aldborough Manor €36.98m and Aldborough Hall €34.02m) was calculated and agreed upon.
