I am writing to formally request information regarding the telecommunications mast located near my home at Cattinganstown/Graystown, Killenaule. Planning application 041177 refers. Specifically, I would like to request: 1. Copies of the most recent radiofrequency (RF) emissions test results for this mast. 2. Details of when the site was last independently assessed for compliance with ICNIRP public exposure guidelines. 3. Confirmation of the current planning status of this installation. It is my understanding from the planning permission decision document that planning permission for this structure expired in 2008. There has been construction work being under taken on the site in the last few months and I would be grateful if you could clarify: - Whether the mast is currently operating under valid planning permission or retention permission. - If any extensions, renewals, or regularisation applications have been granted since the original expiry date. - Whether enforcement proceedings have been considered or undertaken in relation to this site. Given the mast's close proximity to my residence, I believe it is reasonable to seek transparency regarding both its regulatory compliance and emissions levels.

I request records on what if any software system your various departments use to track cases/representations logged by counsellors. If there is a central cast tracing system I would like the name of that system. Case tracking software can come in many forms and I am looking to find out which departments have case tracking systems and which do not. If they don't, a brief description of how they track cases would help. An example response could be Department ABC | NO | We use Emails and documents on shared drives Department DEF | YES | Microsoft SharePoint based system. Department GHI | YES | Salesforce Case Tracking System Department JKL | NO | We have a spreadsheet. Department MNO | YES | We developed an in-house lotus notes system. etc
