1. How many houses were purchased by the council for Rental Accommodation Scheme (RAS) tenants in County Tipperary during the year 2022? 2. A list of the towns in which these houses were purchased, along with the purchase prices for each property. 3. For each RAS tenant who was transferred to a social house after the purchase of the property, please provide information on whether or not they were on the social housing waiting list at the time of transfer. ​4. For any RAS tenants who were not on the social housing waiting list at the time of transfer, please provide information on how many of them were checked for eligibility to receive a social house and what criteria were used in the eligibility assessment.
