Creation of the 2012 Hybrid Pension Scheme of the Irish Aviation Authority.Section 41(1) of the IAA act requires the company to submit any new pension schemes for approval.However we can not find any evidence that this was done, hence this request.I am looking for correspondence between the company and the department and the minister on this matter, and the order signed by the minister at that time.Furthermore this scheme had its trust deeds amended by the company in 2013.
