    Following the publication of report / recommendations by the Firearms Expert Committee, Minister James Browne TD launched an online consultation on the future licensing and use of firearms in Ireland. The survey had seventy eight questions in total.     Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I would like to see the evidence the Minister is referring too to support the point she made claiming it was incorrect to say the vast majority of people don’t want this. On 14 June, the Minister for Justice stated at a press conference “it’s incorrect to say that the vast majority of people don’t want this”, in relation to the Hate Speech Laws.
