I am seeking any documents (electronically held or physical copies) or correspondence (internal and external including emails ) related to the derogation from GDPR accorded in Article 60(3) a (iv), (v) and (vi) of the Data Protection Act 2018 (in the Bill as initiated it was Art 54 (3) a ( iv-vi). Any further documents or correspondence relating to a commercial interest as a legitimate interest for denying GDPR requests and any impact assessments completed regarding the balancing acts of rights in this context is also sought.
