I wish to submit a request under the freedom of information act. The number of offers of social housing that were made by the council in 2020 for (i) one bedroom, (ii) two bedroom and (iii) three-bedroom (iv) Four bedroom (V) Five bedroom properties in the areas of Greytones, Kilcoole, Delgany, Newtownmountkennedy and Newcastle and of those a number of which were (i) accepted and (ii) refused (iii) length of time waiting on the list before receiving an offer of housing. In the cases where they were refused, please provide a breakdown by the reasons for the refusal. The current numbers of applications on Wicklow’s social waiting list, waiting for (i) one bedroom, (ii) two bedroom and (iii) three-bedroom (iv) Four bedroom (V) Five bedroom properties within each area of Greytones, Kilcoole, Delgany, Newtownmountkennedy and Newcastle. Please provide an average breakdown of numbers of these applicants current waiting time of these by house size need. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 bedroom etc.
