1. The number of judicial reviews currently been taken against An Bord Pleanála in relation to the SHD process. 2. Any correspondence between An Bord Pleanála and the Department of Housing in relation to concerns that the SHD process is in breach of the Aarhus Convention (Articles (9)(2) and (3)) with regard to guaranteed access to justice at which cost isn't prohibitive. 3.
