I would like to make a request of Limerick City and County Council under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. My request relates to the works carried out as part of the Thermal upgrade programme. • A copy of all individual Work Items Required documents submitted to the Department of Environment and Local Government for Thermal upgrade works on houses. This should cover all documents submitted in April/May 2016 and should include any overall cover reports / documents submitted at the same time. This should be for the job code • I also seek the corresponding signed Work Items Required documents and the HBE Conditions report and agreement for Thermal Upgrade for all individual houses covered in the first part of my request. In order to protect the identity of the individuals involved I would ask that the addresses, names and signatures be redacted. However, in order to ensure the documents are relatable I would ask that the corresponding documents be linked in a discernible manner - eg 'House A' for all documents related to a specific house 'A'. I understand files are kept by house so would be linked at source anyway. If the relevant houses already have an individual cost code or reference number I am happy to use that instead, once it is relatable to the original Department files if the volume of documents is likely to pose an issue with workload for the Council I would consider proposals to refine the request. One approach may be to provide me with a list of addresses and I can randomly select an agreed amount from this list.
