Ryanair has reported writing to Jack Chambers between May 1 and August 31, providing feedback regarding stamp duty on trading of shares in Irish listed companies. According to the lobbying entry, the letter was written by Neil Sorahan. The department of finance told me that they held no record of this letter, suggesting that it was likely sent when Chambers was still minister of state in the department of transport.
