I wish to make a Freedom of Information Request. A Judicial Review took place in the High Court in a case called Student Transport Scheme Limited v The Minister for Education and Skills in July 2012. The Minister for Education and Skills and or the CSSO paid for transcripts for a six day hearing. The Minister for Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform is responsible for Procurement. 1.
