According to the Lobbying Register, there was a meeting with Minister Fleming and representative from BNY Mellon in the period 1 May, 2021 to 31 Aug, 2021. The topic was: “The Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) proposal by the European Commission seeks to create a regime for crypto assets at the European level. BNY Mellon propose legislative action to come in at a national level.” Could I please get any copies of presentations, submissions, briefing documents, notes etc associated with this meeting.
