Latest figure on percentage of all mobile calls to ECAS where Advanced Mobile Location (AML) data was available. Eg, figure for December 2018 is 51%. Secondly, please send guidance for ECAS agents to help callers discover their destination. For example, a caller comes across a motor accident in a rural area. What steps does the ECAS agent follow to assist caller in identifying their location. Is caller asked to find GPS co-ordinates in Google Maps for example?

In this report, it was stated that "The retailers have agreed to collect data according to the international FLW Standard (Food Loss and Waste Accounting and Reporting) which is in line with emerging best practice at EU and international level." Has this been happening? What measures are in place to ensure that retailers are actually doing this? In other words, who are they being held accountable to? It also states that while the 'Retail Action Group' is no longer in operation, "a wider food waste advisory group which will be established as part of the Food Waste Charter". Has this taken place? Could I have details of this? Basically I am wondering if I could get information on how retailers are being held accountable to what they are doing with their food waste in Ireland. I know that there are a few larger retailers e.g. Tesco Ireland, Lidl, Aldi and the Musgrave Group, that are working in conjunction with 'Food Cloud' Ireland but I would like to know what is being done to regulate other retailers.
