Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment

Any correspondence between An Post and the Department in relation to the recent increase in broadcasting funding announced by Minister Bruton in December. I am seeking any correspondence in relation to the arrangements between An Post and the Department for the collection of so-called 'free TV licences'.
