Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine

Yesterday (July 5th) officials from the Department of Agriculture made a statement to the Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine giving an update on Ireland's Forest Strategy. This stated: The Commission is currently reviewing this notification in detail to decide whether the proposed Forestry Programme is compatible with EU State Aid Rules. I can advise that to this effect, the Department has now received further written correspondence relating to this notification on the 06th and the 21st of June 2023 I am looking for a copy of the Commission's correspondence from June 6th and June 21st 2023. I am also looking for a copy of the department's response to the Commission's correspondence from June 6th.
