All communications between the Gardaí and the Department relating to the Charleton Tribunal. 5. All communications relating to the discovery process for the Charleton Tribunal to or from Secretary General Waters and: a. the Gardaí b. the Department c. the Minister’s office 6. All communications to or from Secretary General Waters the Gardaí relating to the Charleton Tribunal.
