a)A copy of all documents held by the Department of Transport or ascertainable / procurable by the Department of Transport in accordance with law, in respect of the inclusion of the Irish Coursing Club, and its sport of coursing, as being a sport permitted to operate pursuant to the Health Act 1947 (as amended) according to Statutory Instrument No. 560/2020, including communications with other Departments/Ministers/Ministers of State (including the Department of An Taoiseach/An Taoiseach) in respect of the foregoing, and also including e-mails/communications to and from the Minister for Transport and the Minister for Transport’s private office and others, to include the personal (non-departmental) email addresses of the Minister for Transport, and text messages/whatsapp messages, and any other forms of personal communications emanating from the Minister for Transport’s official phone and communication devices and/or any other phones or communication devices the Minister for Transport uses/has used for Departmental business, such as the within business, during the relevant time period. b)A copy of all documents held by the Department of Transport or ascertainable / procurable by the Department of Transport in accordance with law, in respect of the delisting of the Irish Coursing Club, and its sport of coursing, as being a sport permitted to operate pursuant to the Health Act 1947 (as amended) according to Statutory Instrument No. 695/2020, including communications with other Departments/Ministers/Ministers of State (including the Department of An Taoiseach/An Taoiseach) in respect of the foregoing, and also including e-mails/communications to and from the Minister for Transport and the Minister for Transport’s private office and others, to include the personal (non-departmental) email addresses of the Minister for Transport, and text messages/whatsapp messages, and any other forms of personal communications emanating from the Minister for Transport’s official phone and communication devices and/or any other phones or communication devices the Minister for Transport uses/has used for Departmental business, such as the within business, during the relevant time
