Any correspondence, and attachments, including reports, submissions or other forms of documentation whether in hard copy or electronic format, between either the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport and his predecessor the Minister for Environment, Climate Action and Communications and/or officials in the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport and Department of Environment, Climate Action and Communications and Eir/Eircom respectively as they relate to the continued market regulation of Eir/Eircom and the process of switching off the copper network by Eir/Eircom, between 1 January 2024 and 17 July 2025. Minutes of any meetings between the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport and his predecessor the Minister for Environment, Climate Action and Communications and/or officials in the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport and Department of Environment, Climate Action and Communications and Eir/Eircom respectively as they relate to the continued market regulation of Eir/Eircom and the process of switching off the copper network by Eir/Eircom, between 1 January 2024 and 17 July 2025.
