I am seeking the following information for the period from the start of 2020 to date: • The number of investigations initiated by your HR Department under the CS Code of Discipline and the nature of the allegations that gave rise to these investigations; • The number of cases in which the Personnel Officer of your Department has taken on the role of Relevant Manager under the CS Code of Discipline and the nature of the allegations in each case; • Details of any policy you might have in place that determines which cases will result in the Personnel Officer taking on the role of Relevant Manager under the CS Code of Discipline.
