Dear FOI Officer, I am writing to request access to records under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. Please provide copies of all documents, correspondence, submissions, memos, working papers, minutes, approvals or briefing notes held by your Department relating to the setting, review, recommendation or approval of pay, pay bands, pay increases or benchmarking for the Chief Executive Officer and all members of the Board of Dublin Bus since January 2024. This includes but is not limited to: 1. Any requests or proposals from Dublin Bus or its Board for revised pay bands, increases, or allowances for the CEO or Board members. 2. Any Departmental analysis, benchmarking, or internal correspondence concerning pay for the CEO or Board members in comparison with other CIE group companies. 3. Any final decisions, approvals, or correspondence communicating those decisions regarding pay for the CEO or Board members, including any references to increases proposed or approved in 2025 or 2026. If you consider any portion of the requested records to be exempt, please provide the remainder that can be released. If fees are to be applied, please notify me in advance of processing.
