Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment

I would like to request all documents and letters exchanged between the Department of Climate, Energy and Environment and the European Commission regarding the EU Emissions Trading System, where the Department have put forward their position regarding the cost of compliance. I would like this request to cover the period from June 30, 2024 to the present day. I would like the request to cover all the communication from the Department to the Commission and the from the Commission to the Department. I would like to ensure all letters to and from Minister Darragh O'Brien and the EU Commission regarding the EU Emissions Trading System and the cost of compliance are included in this request.
