A list of all planning appeals against developments which were withdrawn by the objectors - including section 140 withdrawals - between January 2022 to the present time October 25 of 2023 (or nearest approx. date)? 2. Correspondence relating to concerns raised with planning officials about the withdrawal of any appeals/objections to developments in that period? 3. In the last 12 months, details on the number of appeals which are overdue by three months, six months, nine months, a year, longer than one year over the last two years; a breakdown of the type of appeals by categories of development used by ABP; the total number of appeals which are overdue at the present time; 4. The average waiting time for appeals to be heard at the end of each quarter over the past 12 months; 5. The number of cases where section 138 of the planning has been applied to dismiss cases; 6. The number of cases where section 145 of the planning act has been used in cases where the board believed the intention was to delay the development or to gain in a financial way, over the past five years. The number of cases where An Bord Pleanala referred cases to An Garda Siochana over the last five years.
