My request is being made under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I wish to request access to the following records: 1. The amount spent by the HSE in compensation payments for medical malpractice during birth procedures in each of the past five years. 2. The number of payments arising from negligent medical malpractice, exposure of patients to medication fluids, medical gases and biological hazards.
