I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for correspondence referenced in this RTE article: https://www.rte.ie/news/politics/2025/0813/1528177-harvey-morrison-sherratt/ The Tánaiste has repeatedly said that when the case of Harvey Morrison Sherratt was first raised with him as Taoiseach (I believe it was September or October 2024), his office initiated contact with the HSE and Department of Health in relation to the case. I seek copies of this correspondence which was sent to the HSE and DOH.
