Any correspondence received by the Minister or members of his Department from the Garda Commissioner in relation to any potential new legislation and or legislative changes required in relation to the dangerous use of scrambler and quad bikes between 1 January 2019 and 31 October 2019. Furthermore, any correspondence between the Minister for Justice and Equality and his Ministerial colleagues in relation to the same matter to the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport, and details of any follow-up actions taken in response to this correspondence.
