1) In July, RTE broadcast a report that related in part to issues concerning four expense claims submitted by Cllr Mary Howard to CCC, which overlapped with expense claims submitted to GMIT and LCETB. RTE also published an article online that referred to this topic. In relation to this, I am seeking all records held by CCC that refer to Cllr Howard and the RTE reports, including any internal communications, memos etc, as well as any communications between Cllr Howard and Council officials on foot of the reports. 2) As part of the online article referred to above, RTE also referred to issues relating to Cllr Clare Colleran Molloy in its online report. In relation to this, I am seeking all records held by CCC that refer to Cllr Colleran Molloy and the RTE report, including any internal communications, memos etc, as well as any communications between Cllr Colleran Molloy and Council officials on foot of the reports.
