Records held by the Department of Health concerning the resignation of Dr Marcus de Brun from the Irish Medical Council in April 2020. Accordingly, I'm seeking all records held by the Department that relate to the receipt and handling of Dr de Brun's resignation. This includes any correspondence, memoranda, briefing notes, or internal discussions within the Department, as well as any communication to or from the Minister for Health, his private office, or officials acting on his behalf. In particular, I am interested in any records that refer to the Department's response to the resignation or whether any acknowledgement or communication was issued to Dr de Brun following it. This request covers the time period March 1st, 2020 to June 30th, 2020.
