Re: Part 8 Planning Application Maynooth Outer Orbital Route – Mariaville to the R157 Moygaddy Junction. Maynooth Environs Development Lands at Moygaddy. Meath County Council Register Reference P8/16003. I am requesting copies of all correspondence and communications held in the files, either in electronic or hard copy format and including e-mail, of Meath County Council between Meath County Council and the developers of the lands at Moygaddy zoned for development under the “Maynooth Environs”area in the Meath County Development Plan. The correspondence and communications sought is between Meath County Council and the Moygaddy Park Development Ltd, or their agents and includes correspondence with individuals associated with Moygaddy Park Development Ltd. or associated companies related the development of these lands – in relation to any matters relating to the above Part 8 process and / or the provision by the developer of the section of the Maynooth Outer Orbital Route covered by the above Part 8 the development of the above referenced zoned lands and, in particular, in relation to the alterations to the zoning of these lands during the procedures leading to Variation No 2 and Variation No. 3 of the County Development Plan the funding of the section of road covered by the above Part 8 process by the developers and any arrangements entered into between Moygaddy Park Development Ltd. or their agents can be reimbursed in whole or in part for the costs incurred by the developers in the provision of this road by means of reduced future development levies or by other means. This request is in relation to the above correspondence during the years 2006 to date.
