The total cost from the Attorney General Office and the Minister for Justice Office and any other office that may have been called upon in regards to the correct wording of the final report from the Inquiry into the storage and retention of investigation files relating to the death of named person in a road traffic accident which was conducted by named person. Also, the total cost from the Attorney General Office and Minister for Justice Office and any other office that may have been called upon in regards to the correct wording of the final report from the inquiry into responses made on the night of the death of named person by the Garda Síochána, and the conduct and adequacy of the Garda Síochána investigation conducted thereafter which was conducted by named person.
